Joe is a Regional Councillor representing North East Christchurch / Orei, and has lived on Mount Pleasant for 20 years. He is a bird photographer, enjoys running around the bays and on the coastal pathway and swims in the estuary through the summer."
In a private capacity as a local resident Joe was nominated and accepted as a Board member at the September 2023 AGM and in October 2024 voted by the Board members to be our Chair.
