Kelly is the current Christchurch City Councillor for Burwood and the previous chair of the Waitai Coastal-Burwood Community board and has a background in sales and marketing. As an 18-time Coast to Coast competitor he has spent countless hours in his kayaks exploring the Estuary environment and marvelling at its beauty. His aim is to ensure our City protects and treasures it’s ‘Wetland of International Significance’ for the generations to come.
